Layer Like You Mean It

  

Winter means at least one good thing - time to layer! I really like throwing a preppy edge on layering which is weird because my style is so not preppy haha. But I'm into it so here you have it! This cozy sweater is a steal from my mom :) which I gave a twist by pairing it with black leather... which topped my Zara skinnies.  The pants + skirt look is such a thing.  Between that and the other insane layers happening in this look, I was set to go exploring Northern Chicago in style.  First stop, Winnetka with Kim.  Tonight, Senior Bar Crawl.

Let me reiterate: layers. button down + sweater + pants + skirt (leather + sheer) = done deal
