Smoked Salmon Nachos!!!
This is my absolute FAVORITE thing I have ever created (in the food department) and I'm so excited to share the nomz with you all. It's easy, quick, & oh so satisfying.
Materials
Crackers/Chips; I use Food Should Taste Good multigrain tortilla chips (they're gluten-free!)
Greek Yogurt
Smoked Salmon
Cucumber
Avocado
Garlic Powder
Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
Preparation
1. Cut the cucumber into slices.
2. Mix 1/4 cup greek yogurt with garlic powder and cayenne pepper, as desired.
3. Spread the greek yogurt spread on the crackers.
4. Lay a cucumber slice on each cracker.
5. Add some smoked salmon on top of the cucumber slices. You can go hard & pile it on or just put on thin layers. Your call :)
6. Cut bits of the avocado and top off your nachos with this beloved vegetable.
Finish it all off with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper on each nacho, if you please!
NOMZ AWAY!!!!
Sidenote: You can tell I'm an engineering student/nerd because I wrote this recipe lab-style and unconsciously called the ingredients....materials. I'm too proud of my nerdiness to fix it. Be grateful I didn't label preparation as procedure. :D
